While the rental units ultimately weren't the best fit for cooling our large yoga studio, Mel was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I really appreciated their excellent customer service and willingness to work with us to reach a fair resolution. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again and highly recommend them for their honesty and customer care.

Lisa and the Cold Air Rentals team was wonderful to work with! We rented their vector cooling units for a large tented wedding in June. Their team was very knowledgeable, quick to answer any questions, and extremely accommodating to our last minute order! We will be using them for our future clients events!!

Cold Air Rentals helped us so much in a very short timeframe! Our HVAC went in our facility that relies on air conditioning. Late evening I submitted my inquiry, was helped almost immediately by Justin who got us scheduled with a crew for the very next day… on a weekend! Zach and Reese were friendly, efficient, and professional. We’ve used CAR several times and it’s been a good experience every time. If you can’t go to them, ask about delivery fees. Makes it very convenient!
