Technician

This is a full-time on-site role, located in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area, for a Technician. The Technician will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of portable air conditioning, dehumidification, and heating equipment. Daily tasks will include equipment installation, routine service checks, and responding to emergency service calls. Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service in a timely manner is a key responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Experience with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and dehumidification equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy equipment
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC or related field is a plus
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and clean driving record
  • Experience in providing on-site technical support and maintenance
