I’ve had to use Cold Air Rentals twice now for some QSR’s I oversee and both times they have been right on point!!! Not only is the staff wonderful but they respond quickly. Both times the equipment was dispatched and set up that day!!! And that’s important for me. I now know when I need them in a pinch they will be there to help with my cooling needs. CAR has been a fantastic resource for my company over the past few months. In a variety of settings, needing heating or cooling of critical spaces (for construction or client associate comfort) often in an emergency situation, Ryan and the team at CAR have been responsive and fair. A true partner!
Cold air is great! They were insightful during the planning process and followed through with their promise. They got the portable units onsite for me in multiple times of need. Ryan has been super helpful when I’ve called him not only during regular hours but even after. He has followed up with me before, during and after the delivery and pickup of porta cools. Their response time is great in dire times of need also. If you’re in a pinch, give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.
