Cold air is great! They were insightful during the planning process and followed through with their promise. They got the portable units onsite for me in multiple times of need. Ryan has been super helpful when I’ve called him not only during regular hours but even after. He has followed up with me before, during and after the delivery and pickup of porta cools. Their response time is great in dire times of need also. If you’re in a pinch, give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

I recently rented (3) 30 ton Air units and (3) Generators from Cold Air Rental's Charlotte location and it has been a fantastic experience. From the initial phone call to the set up of the equipment, Ryan B. and his team did a great job understanding the unique circumstances of our set up. They came prepared with everything they needed to get the system up and running efficiently. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they were able to mobilize the equipment and get us up an running. Overall, Great Experience, give them a try!
My a/c in my house went out suddenly in the middle of the hot summertime and I didn’t know what to do, it was going to take a month to get the part in. I went online and found this company and the service tech came out the next day to install two units that provided much needed relief. I would definitely recommend Cold Air Rentals! The staff is super friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable.
